PATIENT ADVOCACY
Cancer does a lot more than affect your body. The emotional and mental stress involved in being a cancer patient can be overwhelming. Patient support plays a big part in the treatment process and can be a tremendously uplifting experience for you and your loved ones. Sharing common ground in such a difficult time helps bring the focus on healing.
We believe in patient advocacy because it gives patients an endless pool of strength to draw from. Fellow fighters, survivors and supporters contribute greatly to the overall goal of eradicating cancer through education, awareness and understanding. As medical professionals, we rely heavily on these support groups to help us take care of our patients.
